I’ve been a KISS fan since 73, I think most fans would like to see the original lineup on the stage together, one last time, even for just a couple songs. It would be cool! I wish they would put all their differences aside for a bit and go out as the original KISS!

Paul Stanley is my idol, he is still gorgeous even at 70 WOW!! I took my 15 year old to the KISS end of the road tour in Sydney on the weekend and she was completely hooked after that, I have never heard so many KISS songs being played from her room it takes me back to my youth. :D

Fans who still want reunions should realize that the last reunion tour with all the original members was 21 years ago.

I'm just glad a saw the original band members twice live. It was during the 90s and during the reunion tour. They had finished the revenge album that made me a fan. The are an amazing band.

Here is the deal in my opinion. I grew up with Kiss, I'm in my 50's.
Everybody loves Ace and Peter because they were fun and projected the rock and roll lifestyle. Being in a professional band is a business, a corporation. Nobody likes the bad cop, the Debbie downer if you will.
If Paul and Gene conducted themselves like Ace and Peter, Kiss would not have made it to 1980. Fact. Kiss wouldn't have made it thru the 1980's if it wasn't for Paul. Gene kinda was half in during that time. I don't blame him he went from being the Demon to being just a bass player. His Demon character was the face of Kiss. The Demon was spitting blood and fire, the tongue thing. That clearing was the biggest transition he had to deal with when they took of the makeup. I think Paul driving the bus during the Hair Band Era did an excellent job. He kept them platinum selling and relevant while competing with bands that were much younger than them. Compare them to Aerosmith, those guys all behaved like Ace and Peter and Aerosmith was dead in the water by 1980. Now they cleaned up and kicked ass eventually.
If you could ask a dead Robbin Crosby if he had a second chance would he do things differently.
Hell yeah he would he died completely broke, heroin addict with Aids. I'm mean fuck!
You have to have leadership and direction and discipline to your craft. Honestly Gene and Paul exercised far more patience they I would have.

Every band seems to have its own built in time limit, and just can't seem to go on after that time limit regardless of how much the band or the fans want reunions.

Gene agreed that they could not have made it without Ace and Peter. Gene also noted Ace and Peter had drug and alcohol issues and have been given numerous second chances and still failed to live up to their promises to clean up their acts.
