Stir Fry Spinach with Fried Garlic

This is my personal favorite veggie stir fry dish. It's incredibly savory. Spinach has a natural savoriness to it, and a minimal cook time brings that out. When you add fried garlic at the end of the stir fry it creates a garlic sauce in the wok that adds so much flavor, you'll love it. It's a great vegetarian option.
