With gaijins logic the p51c needs to move down in br below the cannonstang. Because the firepower isnt good enough? But it is.

It's simple really, the same reason the Pz.IVG is at 3.3. The US is the most popular air nation just like Germany is the most popular ground. On average, teams are less experienced and don't use the US aircraft to their potential. Gaijin also tends to base BR too much on armament rather than performance. The Sea Hurricane is a good example, the one with 4x20mm cannons is a whole BR higher than the one with 8x7.7mm MGs, even though the cannons make the performance even worse because of the weight. The P-39 and the early Corsairs are too good to be at 2.7, but unlikely to go up as they are mostly played by new players, who if they do climb at all, dive on the first thing they see.

when it has 4 20mm and it can destroy base in single bomb run

as long as the Yak-9k and tis-ma is at their current BR with those insane rounds, i honestly don't see this as a big problem.

I remember when reaaaally back in the day the F6F (still called the F6F-3 back then) was at BR 4.3 and it performed perfectly fine. All these changes during all these years just prove that most of the time Gaijin don't have a clue about their own game.

Its a "6.3" airframe at 5.0 and somehow some props still keep up with it in climb and turn. I guess, that it is supposed to be an energy fighter, funny, because its flight controls lock up at high speeds. Its engine is a ticking time bomb. After couple of minutes it starts to overheat at 93% throttle.

I also noticed that they want to move the early ME-262s down to 6.3. Nice.

The amount of WEP you are using on an F8F is just insane considering the engine just cooks itself if it's above 88%.

Not, is not rare, gaijin will take a kids kite, strap some aim9, counter measures, sparrows and send it to 11.0 and call it a day

I agree with you 100%, I love the bearcat, but it should go up in BR, I'd say atleast 5.3, I enjoy it in a line up with the M36. Also, the Bearcat entered service during the war and was on it's way to Japan when the war ended, never saw combat in WWII though.

You need to take in consideration how this compare in terms of Ground RB. In Ground RB the F6F-5N is battle rated at 4.3, but it has cannons and radar which is useful to find enemy planes since there are no enemy name tags that you would get in Air RB. The cannons on the F6F-5N is useful to kill or damage light armor vehicle like SPAA and some medium tank when hitting them from certain area of the armor. Although, the downsize to the F6F-5N is the slow top speed and turn rate compared to the F8F.

I remember years ago when I started WT, the bearcat was THE rank 4 UFO everyone wanted. I remember spending literal months grinding the 100K RP for the 12.7mm version and 120K RP for the cannon version.

Now, its rank 3 and 26K RP, and 54K RP for the cannon version.

like most props, its a stepping stone to jets. no one wants it, and Gaijin isnt going to do us any favors for match making with it.
