Yes I do, but I didn’t know Im a sigma empath. I will crush a narc, with no problem or guilt. I see through manipulations, lies and fake-ness. I for the most part ignore the hell out of them, but when they manage to get a rise out of me, they instantly regret it. I don’t have to yell or scream at them, I just lay down what I know about them, reminding them just how I don’t care about them like that, I don’t allow belittling, calling me out my name, telling me what to do, or how to do it, I love crushing manipulation tactics and lies. A empath can turn into a sigma empath too, once they figure out they’ve been had. You may get love bomb in the beginning but it don’t take long to realize that mistake, after that the indifference kicks in, you have no interest in them as a human being, let alone a boyfriend or husband, of which I’m glad to never get that far with a narc, it’s easier to walk away before marriage and kids. Ladies/gentlemen, you do get these red flags before it comes to marriage or an unplanned pregnancies. If you don’t want a complicated life, then put on your big girl panties (or draws for men) and move on, hoping it will work out later, or thinking you can deal with it, IS setting yourself up for a miserable life, where your happiness will be sacrificed. Red flags is Gods way of saying STOP! Don’t go beyond this point!

I'm a sigma female and I just slammed the door shut forever ♾️ in the face of an Avoidant Attachment Personality Style Narcissist.
And I did everything you just described without being aware that I was acting like a Sigma anything. I just know that I'm fiercely independent and I don't have time for anybody's foolishness or bulshit. He's constantly shocked when I would ignore his attempts to cause emotional chaos and toxicity in my life. I love my solitude, so I would just excuse myself and get on my treadmill or go read a book or something. I'm on a journey of self-development and growth, but this idiot was all about chaos and games.
I said, get lost you idiot! I don't have time to waste on you and your games. So I slammed the door shut and I feel no pain and no regrets; because he showed himself to be a very small and unserious man, way beneath what I consider sufficient.

Well, I guess I am a sigma empath. I’m soft and tough. I can cut a man down, and not feel bad about it if he is mean. I don’t care what people say about me because I mentally send it back. I can be quiet in the face of a temper tantrum. It isn’t that I refuse to react. It is that I don’t and won’t participate. I refuse to “own” their silly behavior. I’m just not impressed. My father is a Narcissist and abuse me mentally for years, make me worked for him, for 30 years when he was doing nothing he robbed all off my money, I was so naive, thinking in family and all that crap....Now I know, He is a monster!
