I got so many requests from Filipino doobies to make kare-kare!
It's been awhile since I"ve made a food I've never tasted before in my life, and it was super exciting while anticipating for the final product. Super creamy and decadent, and surprisingly not that peanut-buttery??? even tho it's a peanut butter base?!

I'm certainly like your mother. I hate it when people don't plan ahead and change plans at the last moment because I usually have my outfit and makeup pre-planned and changing it at the last moment is a big hassle to me. Also, maybe it has to do with the fact I have to mentally prepare myself every time I go out lol. Anyways, I'm kind of concerned about the brinjal. Did it even cook? Is it supposed to be like that?
