For surrendered B/L, consignee may have to take the BL copy and prove I am the right consignee
For sea waybill, consignee just need to provide I am the right consignee

Can Exporter cancel the Seaway Bill after it is issued ? If the payment from Client is not received ? What exporter can do with Seaway Bill ? And container reaches after a month ?

As an exporter, when is the cut-off time to let my forwarder knows whether I should decide to go with Original BL, Surrender BL or SWB? If the vessel has already departed is it too late to advise them?
