New Deep Sea Creature

Scientists just identified this awesome deep sea creature...

It’s a sea slug! But that’s weird, because it looks NOTHING like most other sea slugs we know...

In recent years, remotely operated deep sea vehicles have gotten a lot better - cameras, navigation, sensors, automation - allowing us to get enough data to finally classify this slug. And this sea slug is just one of more than 250 species discovered in the depths with the help of these new tools.

The deepest parts of the ocean are genuinely so beautiful and amazing. What's ironic is that you can't see them without light ofc, but they evolved to be this way because of the lack of light at those depths. Beauty in irony.

Something to consider would be adding some sort of scale when showing creatures like this. I’ve never really seen it done but having measurements or a common object to compare size with would be a great addition to videos like these.
