I like the idea but spread the cream cheese or butter on parchment first. Those fats and oils will get trapped in the wood and ruin the board.

I can definitely say that I would not be eating it. Too many germs and viruses going around. And people that don't wash their hands often or after using the bathroom. No thank you.

Growing up my mom would make a pie that is pretty much cream cheese blended with sugar and folded dream whip. But my favorite thing to do was lick the beaters from the sugar cream cheese. So growing up whenever I'd have a plain bagel I'll sprinkle sugar on it 🤤🤷‍♀️

This seems more practical for a party setting, because I doubt this is a serving size for one person. Maybe for two people. And if you don't finish it I imagine it would be quite hard to store
With that being said, if someone had this out at a party I wouldn't try it.
