600mm L 16mm thick double end thread rod making machine rod end threading machine (second clip)

The machine is used to thread double ends of the blank rod, 600mm length, 16mm thickness and 100mm threaded end each. the machine has one threading unit for such long rod. Thread one end then reverse the direction to another. it means one piece of rod need two threading process. it can process 40-45pcs/minute. in the video you will see the one end threading, please watch the first clip to check the first end threading though they are same work except the processing direction which is hardly noticed.
