For people who have no idea, this is a camels dulla mostly used in december because it is mating season in December. It is used for two things. One the camel is trying to cool its self off. two, it’s also used for attracting females to mate with the camel. Hope that helped!🙂🥰

For those who do not understand its not hurting itself that organ is not the lungs or stomach its an organ called the gula or dulla and the reason why they do that is to attract a female for mating or if they are agitated they do this to scare the thing they are scared of
You: Wouldn't there sharp teeth pop the dulla/gula?
Me: Possibly, yes well they won't pop the dulla/gula because the tissues of the organ is kinda tough but it will still get scraped and if that happens it will just heal automatically
