1. Wake up an hour before you have to be in front of a computer screen

2. Sit down with Pen/Pencil and Paper

3. Write down 3-5 things that are making you anxious or uncomfortable

4. For each item ask yourself.. if this is the only thing you accomplished today would you be satisfied

5. Look at only the item(s) you've said "yes" to being satisfied if it was accomplished

6. Block out 2-3 hours to accomplish 1 of those items for today. Just one.

7. Block out 2-3 hours to accomplish 1 of those To-Dos for today. One block of time.

8. If you get distracted or start procrastinating don't freak out and start to spiral . Gently come back to that one To-Do until it completed
