Aug 2-28 days
Aug 30-23 days
Sept 22-26 days
Oct 19-33 days
Nov 21-16 days
Dec 7-24 days
Pending Dec 31-25 days
Please can I use this method to calculate fertile days or the other method is better? Please help I have been trying to conceive for a while know and trying to get on track with fertile days. I currently use the Flo app! Please assist me. Thank you in advance🙏🏾♥️

I was on depo shot for sometime now though I stopped 2 months ago all this while my period wasn't coming but now it came on 15th bled for two days (not heavy though) and stopped only to notice like few minutes heavy bled yesterday! Now it's irregular and am trying to not to get pregnant but I don't know how to input my short cycle into what u have thought us now. Do I say my cycle started yesterday or on the 15th considering it's very brief . Thanks as I look forward to your response
