Your comparisons of grey-tone and colour versions of the (beautiful) paintings were very useful and your tonal simplification of the still-life was the 'icing on the cake'.

The last example, showing the difference between the effect of cool/warm colour versus their values on the wall and the grass of the church, was an eye-opener. I replayed those few seconds of the grey-tone and colour versions over and over as I would have sworn that the grass was a much higher value originally.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I struggle with discerning the 'value' and 'temperature' concepts of colours for a while but I think this video has given me an 'ah-ha!' moment. Thanks again.
