Now here's where I was truly blessed. My mother was my heart
My pride & joy. She really shower me & my siblings with much love, joy &
happiness. Picnics, walks & runs, in the parks, certain family relatives that also knew how to demonstrate
much love & affections - hugggs &
smiles forever!
One aunt, who was a nurse, use to drive thousands of miles on her off- days. Whenever she would arrive late in the night she would put a man's hat on the car's rear window & sleep sleep til morning because she didn't want to wake her up! Come morning when we would see her car--we all would run to her big bright smiling beautiful face to a most spontaneous with eyes all lit up & sparkling. It was ALWAYS the highlight of our days--never a dull
moment from the time she arrived until the minute she left. Laughter &
tears that no hold or silver could ever replace. When she'd leave there
would understandably be tears of joy & happiness sadness. But, my oh my
the wonderful memories--precious &
priceless! I had friends like that too. Wish everyone could experience in
life marvelous tender moments to
reflect one. I miss them sooo very, very much.
Got to go, didn't mean to be so emotional. Tears r flowing and I
don't want to river my phone.
Wow I guess that's my reaction to
your daily ride today.
To quote a fav comedian of mine,
Bob Hope: "Thanks for the memories". Beautiful happy glorious
SPECIAL memories. 🥲

I was taken from my mother by the legal system which deemed her unfit to care for a child because she was a single mother in the 90's.
So I was sent to a loving foster home where I was beaten with steel toed boots if I didn't finish my dinner.
I developed a healthy eating disorder and was anorexic until my 30's.

My mom didn't give a f*** about me lol
But I'm glad for everyone who actually grew up with a good mom.

1 thing - no, she did not.
2 thing - she did not give me anything that I asked for. And if she did, she made sure to tell me that this is the last thing I'm gonna get.
3 thing - well, that is not really my fault, is it?
4 thing - no, she constantly tried to sabotage me, my circle of friends or acquaintances, my reputation, my health, my mental health, my plans...
5 thing - the only thing she wanted to do differently was to have me aborted. Or killed ( as she tried several times ), or sold ( as she tried once )
6 thing - no, she constantly left me without attention, when I needed it as a toddler.
7 thing - well. that is not really my fault, is it?
8 thing - no. She enjoyed watching me cry. She would make me cry even more if she could - like making fun of me when I had my heart broken for the first time, or when I came home crying from being bullied at school.
9 thing - yeah, she always put me first to be embarrassed in front of people. To make me seem bad and her to be seen as a poor mother who cannot handle her kid, who is out of hand. She was watching me suffer from a severe case of tonsillitis for several months before actually showing me to the doctor. And it took half a year of antibiotic treatment to get me out of it. But it ruined my health in more than one way... And why did she do it? Because she didn't want to spend money on medicine since she barely had enough to buy cigarettes.
And no, she told me more than once and not just in private talk, but also in the presence of other people ( close and not ) that she should have aborted me when she was given a chance.

My mom told me when I was 6 years old that I was an accident. She beat me with a wooden broomstick almost every day. She abused and bullied me. She destroyed my friendships and everything made me happy. My first boyfriend she told once that I was cheated on him just because we were so in love and wanted to get married someday. My whole life with her was a nightmare. I broke up with her after my dad passed away. I don't miss her and I don't care anymore. In my childhood I tried so bad to be a good kid making her loving me but she used it more and more against me. No kid should fight for parents love. Their love should be for granted. It's ready horrible for a kid to grow up without love and security. I was so f....scared of her.
But now I'm giving all my love and my everything to my husband and our kids. God and my family love me. Only that matters. I thank God for everything because otherwise I wouldn't be the person I am and have the people I love in my life🙏🏻❤️
