How to install MySQL connector jar file for java || MySQL Jar File

Hey please help when I'm extracting the file than the jar file is not converting into executable jar It's like normal file.... What should i do to make it executable jar And one more thing the file is not even showing Java Please help if you can

what if I extract the msql connector but the jar that appear on the folder was one only instead of appearing mysql jar and msql bin.jar? I don't have bin. jar, I only have msql jar when I already extracted it
