I was mountain biking on a trail as the sun was setting and came across what I thought was someone's dog standing on the trail, but then realized how wild it looked and how it just wanted to get away from me, but kept ending up back on the trail lol.

When I hear them do this at night, sometimes I will quickly shine a flashlight out of my windows just for no more than 5 seconds. They stop the calling immediately and do not start it back up for the rest of the night. They never go back to the calling after I flash that light.
