MongoDB - Back to Basics 5 - Introduction to the Aggregation Framework

In the fifth webinar of our back to basics series Joe Drumgoole, Director of Developer Advocacy EMEA at MongoDB, introduced the MongoDB aggregation framework.

The aggregation framework gives the developer the capability to deploy advanced analytics processing right inside the database. Joe also demonstrated it in action on a publicly available dataset.
