Friday September 17th, 2021. It was a very smoky afternoon, so some shots seem (In my opinion) over exposed. I also had to deal with a big crowd & had many passes more over head than usual which made it difficult for stability on some shots. Watch as Major Kristin "Beo" Wolfe performs the Air Combat Command F-35A Lightning II demonstration.
Please note: This is an air show, NOT a real life scramble. They can go much faster than this if they want too. There is NO reason to hurry. She also had to wait for other show performers to move off the taxi way, which is common at almost every air show. If the start up process is too long for you, I provided timestamps above so you can go exactly where you please. The whole point of this extended video is to get behind the scenes and show something you don't see in most videos.
