Quick question, the footings on this deck if the customer desired to build an additional room on the deck would it support the weight, and would it have to be changed for code?

Do you guys fasten the 6x6 post, sitting on the helical piles, to the bottom of the beams? Also, do you attach the 6x6 to the helical piles with bolts?

I just hope you are doing a solid decking so no screws or joist are going to show because you will not have straight lines with the joist offset and its going to look bad.
