When filming this video, I was going through a wee bit of a difficult patch in my life. However, I am now feeling a lot better - so thank you for giving me the space to ramble when I needed it the most. Sometimes just getting it out in the open makes it seem a lot better.. I’m not religious but this has reminded me of a short prayer my Great Grandmother used to say to me when I was little.
‘God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. Courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.’ I had it on a necklace for many years because I think it resonates with whatever you believe in. Allow yourself to be forgiving of things that are not in your control ❤ again another wonderful video ❤

Jozette, you have spoken so many truths: about dealing with problems, focusing on the here and now, and having confidence in ourselves. These are all profound teachings and realities. Many times, it's not that we don't know how to handle those situations, but rather, we are human after all; and that makes us falter because controlling our own emotions and feelings can be challenging.

We are social beings, and what makes us strong is the ability to share and support each other. We can progress, become more confident in our own abilities and talents. It is precisely there that you embrace us, and we embrace you too to support each other and grow as individuals.
