I just want something with the gameplay of FIFA and the career mode depth of FM. FC24 is at least somewhat of a step in the right direction with tactical visions and coaching staffs, as well as player managers for PCM, but it still lacks a lot and leaves much to be desired.

To be honest, I'm excited for UFL, I can see the battle of UFL and EA SPORTS FC for years to come, especially if FIFA concedes making their own game and instead provides support behind UFL to try to knock out EA SPORTS FC.

But I think Goals will be the real winner here, just because it's doing what no other soccer game has tried to do up to this point: make something that doesn't compete with FIFA. You may think having official players in your game would make it automatically better, but imagine the emotes/celebrations you can make a fictional character do/get away with? Imagine how it would look on the actual players if there was a "SMD" goal celebration or a "devil horns" celebration- in Goals you can do that. Not to mention the unlimited customization that you can have when you don't have to worry about including certain brands and team logos in the game and how they would feel about certain choices. It may take awhile, but I can see Goals being a dark horse in this race, especially if they can get the gameplay on the level of the other two.
