UFL’s gameplay looks really exciting. It obviously needs tweaks but if it has realistic graphics and an Arcady style it will be interesting to see how it does in the future

I was always a big fan of Pro Evolution Soccer mostly for the more realistic gameplay. Even though EA sports had all the licenses still never convince me to switch... Now it will be awesome if Konami got the FIFA license and were use the engine from PES to make the NEW FIFA.

It's interesting and I think it might benefit the EA game's experience. Currently, EA has a hegemony on football games pretty much, especially that PES fell off since the name change. If things go right, EA might have real competitors in a couple years time, forcing them to improve or lose players to the other games, if they're better. Another plus is football fans won't have to spend £100 access fee each year as most games are free to play, opening them to a broader base of potential customers that might give them a go. Goals and UFL even has a bigger advantage by being supported by an influencer respected by many in the community and the other CR7.

The Konami made huge mistake not to split to PES and e-football, the only on-line option will never bring attantion to most of people that hate cheating or other network lagging issues, that kills the game spirit!

Wow, I didn't know FIFA was developing their own game to compete with EA, and then had the balls to call it FIFA (whatever year number). That's the biggest middle finger to EA I've ever seen, and I love it! :D

All I want is a co-op career mode where you can play with a friend against AI. Can't believe the recent FIFA games haven't had it. It's baffling to me.

Gamers need a sim football game (not an arcade one) with nice graphics, rich animations and a nice and fare online gameplay without handicap or PAY TO WIN (FUT) situation like fifa has.

Konami is best for me... Even those you haven't mentioned it... eFootball have been on there own for a long time that's why proud to say am a big fan of them but I feel UFL will be my go to game... Apart from that it's eFootball

Has anything thought about FIFA partnering with 2KSPORTS (TAKE TWO INTERACTIVE)? Considering what they have done with the NBA2K series and the realism they put into their games I'm thinking it would be the best Football simulator one will ever see.

If 2K just make an exact replica of the basketball game but the football version, it will blow any FIFA away. The expansions, stadium builder, custom jerseys and sponsors, player customisation, communtity content donwloads, etc

I want 2k involved in Football. If FIFA manages to make a serious game with 2K then i am sure Career mode will be very good. 2k is well known for presentation & career system. Anyway all we need is more competition in market.
