Legend has it, Jeremy is still waiting for the turbos to spool up.

Would've been great if it kept going,
And then this came along...
*A McLaren F1 shows up.*
Even though the F1 isn't the fastest anymore, it's still the fastest NA car in the world. Now that's a legacy well cemented!

For me, the XJ220 is one of the most beautiful cars ever made

If anyone wants to know: The sound at the start of the video is "One Way to Life" by Jean-Pierre Taieb from the Movie "The Divide"

Shame they lapped in the wet. Would have been interesting to see how they stacked up against modern cars when they could put their massive boosted power down.

This film was an excuse for Jeremy to drive these awesome cars. And I love it!

This episode put a big smile on my face. I realized that, by complete accident, the only proper model cars I obtained during my childhood (that were made out of metal and not plastics) were models of the XJ220 and the EB110 Super Sport! Made me feel sort of proud to own them as they are so special.

The shots at the start of this feature has to be one of the best starting sequences ever in an automotive based filmography.
A glimpse of the XJ220 and just the sound of the wind as it passes by. Masterpiece 👌

Jaguar did really up the numbers in sale when TATA acquired them. But they really need another XJJ220 to up their status.

Back in 1992 I was invited to Millbrook by Mercedes Trucks for a ride and drive day, on arrival we were told under no circumstances had we to use the top lane on the bank because a car was putting in high speed laps, it turned out to be the XJ220. A bit surreal really about 15 artics some limited some not trundling around most at 56mph, the unlimited ones at 80 or so, and the XJ220 on the top of the bank doing 3 laps to 1.

The 220 VAN number plate could be a reference to that Jaguar propelled van in Top Gear (Top Gear UK vs. Top Gear Australia)

Nice to see Jeremy driving these again. Reminds me of the old Top Gear from the 90's where Jeremy had driven both.

The only missing thing in this second series is seeing Abbie Eaton coming to the studio to talk about the cars she drives on the Eboladrome track. That's a feature I wish I could see in the show, which would made for the gone Stig, I believe.

That moment where the EB110 came from the other side when the Jag passed was epic
