At first it seems like buying a bit bigger size gonna be comfy. But the truth is that actually too big size may be harmful for your feet 👣 It’s important to have well fitted skates so your feet is not moving inside the boot. That way you will avoid skin abrasions and blisters. With the right sizing you will have better control over your skates and feel more comfortable 🙌
2️⃣ Bad posture 🤸♀️
Want to avoid many falls? Simply remember to lean forward and bend your knees 🛼 That way your position is so much safer and you will enjoy skating without the pain 😜
