VEGAN Ice Cream MADE EASY: Blueberry & Chocolate

This is my recipe for a vegan coconut milk ice cream, with NO refined sugars. It's incredibly easy and very tasty. You can use an ice cream maker or also a blender once the mixture is frozen. Feel free to experiment with different flavours, the base is always the same!

For the base of the ice cream:

150 ML | 1/2 CUP Cashew Milk
60 ML | 1/4 CUP Agave Syrup
375ML | 1 1/2 CUP Coconut Milk (1 Can - discard the water)
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

What I used for this flavour:

100 GR | 2/3 CUP Blueberries
30 GR | 1 OZ Dark Chocolate Shavings
1 TSP Salt
