I started using attention currency lately. Recently I asked a coworker out and she rejected me. At first, she was sending me mixed signals with stares and smiles. I needed to find out if she was interested in me. After her rejection, i stopped playing games and dont give her attention. I only communicate work related topics now and keep it there. This is my first use of attention currency.

About my work place:
There are many beta simps in my workplace giving this woman free attention currency. She validates herself off of their energy. She belittles them, attempts to make some angry at her and punches some.

Ive noticed that even though shes not interested in me, her voice gets higher when i talk to her and she helps me more often and does the work i give her to do. She doesnt misbehave towards me like she does with the beta simps. She does seem mad when i don't talk to her often but thats her problem.

I lost interest in her after the rejection and now I'm practicing my new attention currency by ignorning her and seeing the results play out. I'm improving my budget allocation for my new attention currency and look forward to mastering this skill. Practice this new skill brothers!

Let me tell you something about women. We recognize “hot and cold” treatment. We don’t tolerate head games for long. After several occasions of men withholding attention, that other guy who’s had his eye on her is going to walk away with her. And, every female coach online is telling women to do the same. It's what I see as ""female sensitivity programing issues". Females are so sensitive beings. A female sensitivity meter could see the needle around crazily.. I'm at an analysis phase at this point. Which is probably good for me. Right, ? I can't be caring that much anymore even though the love is there. Life is too short
I think things come naturally too. Where there won't be too many games. The I'm "missing you thing" will be because of natural things like for example having to go on business trips, etc. There won't be controlled variables on managing things on purpose.
