I had the 1650 super for about 5 years. Just replaced it with a whole new computer. Now I have a 4070 ti super. It's such a massive difference... But that 1650S could really do a lot of work. I was able to play newest games at 60fps 1080p on high settings a lot of the time.

These GPUs would be a great buy if they had at least 8gb of vram and not 4gb

Used a 1660 super, played cyberpunk on release almost completely bug free on high settings. That card was a beast! 7800xt now due to linux, and I am blown away also

GeForce 16 Series are GeForce 20 cards without RT cores (Ray tracing) and Tensor cores (AI for DLSS). That's all.

Navida should bring back their GTX series cards that don’t normally do Ray Tracing and make these more BUDGET focused cards

I rocked an i5 10300h and 1650 lenovo ideapad until last year. Still smashes games in 1080p.

Bruh im still running a 1660 ti and i can run helldivers in 60 fps with no difficulties, and still play both modded skyrim and modded Minecraft with up to 200 mods and its still getting good performance, that thing is a beast

The 1660ti was a king, it was affordable and performed on par with a 1070 at the time (which was still a couple hundred more used)

For those that don't know, the 16 stands for the middle ground between the GTX 10 series and the RTX 20 series but because they used the same Turing architecture of the 20 series (just without RT- and tensor cores) they wanted to signal that it is closer to the 20 series so instead of 15 they went with 16

The "16" came from the silicon being called the TU116

I had the 1660 super for 4 years. Just replaced it with a 3080 and new cpu upgrading to 1440p. Served me really well, had good high performance 1080 on new games. The VRAM is a bummer nowadays but I still really enjoy it. I’m using it in a new build for my dorm room at work. There are still so many good offline games I hadn’t played yet, I’m sure it will continue serving me for years to come.

Even to this day the 16xx lineup is one of my favorites. The 1660ti and 1660 super were great cards for mid ranged systems at the time. These cards were also built on Turing (alot of people are under the assumption that 16xx series is pascal).

Have a 1660ti here, I can play most games on high and a good amount (more than you would think) on ultra and get around 60+ fps. Even the new cod I can play on high with all the lighting options turned to max and I get like 40 fps. I get 60 if I turn down the lighting effects tho. Great card imo only downside is the 6gigs of vram
