First attempt November 19, 2020
As you can see while I'm trying human flag my form was terrible, and it was so weak!!!
Second attempt December 04, 2020
I traind human flag with all of my myth!!!
Third attempt December 16, 2020
And I failed many times, but it got better each time!!!
Some months ago
I'm busy getting stronger
I have decided to follow the progression step by step..
PREREQUISITE:
Scapula pull ups
Pull ups
Push ups
Side plank flag
45° degree flag
Flag bounce
Upright and inverted flag
(After a long day mastering all progressions)
Upright and inverted flag to negative straddle human flag
Upright and inverted flag to negative single leg human flag
Upright and inverted flag to airwalk human flag
Upright and inverted flag to negative full human flag
(Finally a clean full human flag and straddle human flag)
