Hi everyone bloojae here a fellow custom skin creator (you may remember me from the lux and soraka asu) but essentially how that riven skin works is in the files each video setting has its own 3 texture variations, that includes every skin you play with today. By editing the files you can just edit one of the lower res versions to a different color and boom thats how you make the chroma. Now if those chromas are purchasable in the shop then it is illegal however I dont believe that skin has chromas normally.

the reason the cs counter in top right and the scoreboard is different is because killing a ward counts for your cs score in top right but not on the scoreboard
