Yum yum 😋 I do something very similar. I add a ricotta cheese blend in between layers and we call it, "lazy lasagna" and I do a version with shredded chicken, alfrado sauce and mozz and call it, "Lazy chicken alfrado" ❤❤❤

Have you ever thought about making the Ravioli Bake with meatballs? You could even use mini meatballs. I make something similar and use meatballs and its sooo good! Have a very blessed Saturday Daugherty Dozen!

If you add a bit of water to the empty tomatojars/tins, lid on and shake all the tomatoes end up in your dish instead of wasted in the bin.❤

it's 415pm here in southern Nevada n I have had a pot of pozole cooking since 10am hubby's off at 8 pm or is supposed to be we shall see as races are in town . but bout 2 more hours n I'll add in the hominy n chop cilantro n shred cabbage cut limes n make tortillas n dinner done
