Nirvana - Aneurysm (Live 1993)

No fue un gran éxito comercial, sin embargo, "Aneurysm" fue considerada como la tercera mejor canción de Nirvana (detrás de "Smells Like Teen Spirit" y "Heart-Shaped Box") luego de una encuesta del año 2000 realizada por Radio 1 de la BBC. La frase de la canción que dice "Love you so much, it makes me sick", podría referirse a la relación que sostuvo Kobain con su novia Tobi Vail, aunque también podría tratar sobre su adicción a la heroína. El video recoge la interpretación de la canción, con los miembros del grupo vestidos de mujer, en el festival Hollywood Rock en Río de Janeiro, Brasil, en Enero de 1993.
