I know that you can do, make a new acc and get to level 65. Than grind a veteran chest and open it lol

Lol it happened to me once after the update. I opened it 1 day after. It just came on my screen. Hope your one works again.

TRY CLICKING THE VETERAN IN THE LOBBY .TAP THAT AND IF YOU TAP IT, IT WILL PUT YOU IN VETERAN AND THERE IS OPEN BUTTON, PLS TRY IT HOPE YOU APPRECIATE IT .

bruh the same happen to me but I wasnt trying to open it this happen to me right when they changed the xp requirement making be get kiacked from my match and me not beinng able to look in it I reported to support I believe im the first to spot this

Clear data and relog again. It should work. I do so.
