There is fear for change people need a job but again they scared to that steps and get the Nebosh coz it's not easy but again there's no way near to where they need to be unless study and get the qualification I'm sorry to say that but this is facts .

If you ring for an electrician and then ask his day rate or price for the job. You would be alarmed if they said I do it for free. The first question you would ask is why. This is the same for competent advice. If they really want sound, competent, and honest advice because they really care about H&S, then they will budget for it, and you will get paid. Why should an organisation gain free labour by simply exploiting someone's vulnerability. Your time will come, create a website, LinkedIn, a CV, and get yourself out there.
