You've seen the social media scripts to say no at work. Maybe you even memorized them and tried to use them. But when you do - your no flips to a yes faster than ice cream melts in a frying pan. Are you reading my mind??? I have been talking to my oldest sister recently about our childhood. My parents had 9 kids and I was talking to her about how they had too many children which caused us all to have issues. This is exactly why I am a people pleaser and I have stopped it because of this realization.
