Amen. Even when the Narcissist wanted to date me. I said No, we are too different. I had no idea what narcissist were. Ot felt creepy to be around him at work. They don't take No. So he chased me down for over a year and he had other people coming to me to try to convince me to date him and he was going behind my back to find out information that was not his business. Be very careful if a narcissist starts chasing you.

Facts… i just came to the conclusion a life long buddy was a narcissist.. he crossed one of my boundaries.. he’s now on my “NO CONTACT LIST”

So true! Maybe my testimony will help someone, so I'll share my story related to this...

Last year a mother and her son moved into the apartment above mine. She's elderly, and he claimed to be trying to get on SS Disability. When they learned that I was finishing up my MS in Forensic Psychology, he asked if I would help him with his PTSD. At first, I only tried to encourage him to use Scripture or breathing techniques to help himself calm down, as I'm obviously not licensed.

In our conversations, it came to light that I had also been diagnosed with PTSD in the past (actually, I was diagnosed with C-PTSD from my childhood), and that's how I knew that some things just took time to heal.

Over time, I also became friends with his mother, which quickly stirred up his jealousy. It became clear very quickly that he now saw me as competition, so I removed myself from my relationship with both of them.

Almost immediately, he began to stalk me around the grounds of the complex any time I came outside--even just to check my mail or to take out the trash. Remember, they lived directly above me, so he could hear when I left my apartment. The stalking started just before Thanksgiving, and it "seems" to have calmed down. Management finally moved them to another building, but that took until around Mother's Day!

As for the PTSD and his using that against me, he would make loud, sudden noises upstairs that he knew would scare me and intended to trigger my PTSD, which had been largely under control. Of course, trying to report all of this to management only made me look like the "crazy" one.

I DON'T believe HE EVER had PTSD at all! I think he made it up to get information from me, and I simply thought I was helping him.

The sad part is that I worry about how he is treating his mother, as I fear he only pretends to care for her as part of his mask. Around the time we all stopped speaking, she went into a medical rehab home for a few months for health reasons. I think he treated her so terribly and made her feel bad about being my friend that it literally made her physically ill.

He's living off of her money, too, which is gross! Get a job...30-something male! I refuse to call him a man!

Additionally, at least a couple of my neighbors have been/still are part of his Flying Monkeys/Monitoring Spirits--one of them even joined in on the loud, sudden noises since he lives next door to me. This same next door neighbor pretended to be my friend and said he'd look out for me and my safety--this was before he joined in on the noise-making. I soon figured out what was going on, and I now expect he's likely texting the Narc every time I leave my home.

For example, about a month ago, I left to run an errand and came home to graffiti on my door. I have Scripture on the outside of my door, and "someone" wrote "Christ Fool" on the paper with the Scripture on my door while I was gone! I'll take it as a badge of honor at this point. Frankly, they could get to the door--but no further, in Jesus' Name! Not with the Scripture and the oil I have at all entryways to my home....not today!

Anyway, I thought I'd share my story of how you can innocently try to help someone only to have it backfire on you later. This is only one reason why discernment is SO important, and why I'm personally working to strengthen mine and to trust it more. I also do take personal safety measures and practice situational awareness when I leave my home, too. I believe we should pray for God's protection, but that doesn't mean we should be stupid or unprepared. God bless y'all! I hope this helps someone else...

It's funny I found the narcissist will abuse and say the exact words your saying. They will also adopt this script and use it as well by saying: "I let you in my inner circle and you betrayed me" when the empath spoke up and said they refused to be abused by the jezebel anymore. That was my experience. When I took a stand against her she began to act crazy and she was manifesting. When I reminded her that she owed me money that she promised up and down to pay back- she began acting wild. But God is good cause I had an angel in my midst who made sure I was paid back every single cent she owed me. My friends stopped going to their church, stopped tithing there and then before we knew it they were gone. The wicked person was no more in Jesus name. We couldn't find them. They left. Their "church" or room they were renting was gone and and they left the island. There was no more trace of them.
