Really love this girls style and music. Whats weird is I dont understand her music but sing it word for word. I wonder if why it resonates so deeply is because she reminds me of home, my family, the rhythm of our home language and then I realise part of my heritage is Mauritian French Creole. I dont speak any Creole. Amazing.
