Try and weave this into your schedule if you can - it won’t take long, but could save you a lot of time sitting out on the sidelines! It’s called ‘prehab’!

Already been warming up with leg swings, lunges, etc, that I got off you guys a while back, now I'll be adding some A and B skips in the mix, thanks Manni, cheers Enzo.

I did Taekwondo for 2 years and yes, we do some of these warm-up everyday. It really makes you lighter on your feet.

This was great. Always watch the channel but the time taken to carefully explain each step was great. Everyone can follow along on the first run of the video. I will be using this today as part of my warm up. I hope to see more videos from Manni as he is fantastic. Thank you and keep it up!

Cheers guys! You made very good video and I add your exercises to my warm up-they really inspire me. Also I believe these 4 exercises are not the only we, runners, do so maybe you'd better make same amount of repeats? - to keep easily in mind

I usually forget different things for my run upstairs, so running up and down twice is the first part of my warm up 😆

Don't forget a bit of upper body, you don't just run with your legs. I do some arm swings, arms straight out and doing circles working the shoulders, and a bit of stretching of the shoulders with arm across the body, and above.
