Miriam, that's married to you, was a lady prophet and a singer of Israel. She was the oldest sister of Moses and Aaron, according to the Bible. Even though she was pretty old, Miriam led the dances and songs and Thanksgiving to God for the miraculous passage of the Red Sea, which allowed the people of Israel to run away from Egypt. Miriam was the leader of the women of the people of Israel, but despite all that respect, there was a particular time when Miriam and Aaron murmured against Moses, and as a result, God's judgment came upon Miriam.

Miriam was punished for murmuring about Moses second wife. She was having that conversation with Aaron and the Lord God YHWH heard it and was upset that they spoke in such a manner against His prophet! Therefore, we should consider how ugly gossip/murmuring is...and NO Christian should ever be part of it directly or indirectly. Be diligent always for the devil is always seeking to destroy our relationship with Yeshua-Jesus Christ.

Yes the Lord doesn’t like it when people mock his prophets and his anger comes upon all who do. His punishment will come upon them . I know he told me the time will come when people who mocked me shall see his anger upon them and will see how he will place it all into my hands for I have a heart as David !

I don't understand why Aaron wasn't punished with the same affliction. If he and Merriam both committed the same transgression, they should've both gotten the same result.

If your a true Christians and not lukewarm Christians, than you will fillow God's words to the dot. Also, Jesus taught us many things too so these teachers are true for anyone to gain footage in heaven.
