After investing a significant portion of one’s life and fortune in education spanning over two decades, the natural expectation would be to enjoy financial prosperity for the remaining years, wouldn't it?

‘M’, driven by the desire for a multimillion-dollar inheritance, puts aside his dreams as a hopeful game caster to care for his terminally ill grandmother. However, winning Grandma's favor is no easy feat. She proves to be a tough nut to crack - demanding, exacting, and exceedingly difficult to please. To add to the drama, he's not the only one gunning for the inheritance. M finds himself embroiled in a gripping competition, where he must go to great lengths to become the apple of Grandma's eye before time runs out, all in pursuit of a life-changing, multimillion-dollar inheritance.

This Thai movie deserves the Oscar award. Thai is good at making this type of movie and ads.

Grandma Taew, the actress portraying the grandma is 78 years old. It was her first time ever movie acting. She said while laughing she often forgot the lines 😊. Any way her performance is amazing with Bilkin. They now became buddies of different ages.

Watched this movie yesterday and I cried a lot. Didn’t prepare tissue so used my hand and shirt to wipe my tears. Almost the whole theatre was crying. Wonderful movie, definitely 10/10. Movie of the year.

Even just the trailer brought me tears. It's a perfect example of how the circle of life works for everyone even though no one acknowledges that, one day we all are going to reach that stage

It's better to prepare a pack of tissues before watching

My grandma also liked to dress up when she knows family r visiting. She also opened a bank account for me when I was young. She left us in Feb 2023. Very relatable movie. I teared up three times, at least those I was able to count.

A heartfelt thank you to the director, scriptwriter, and everyone involved in this film. The story profoundly resonates with our society today. It captures the essence of Gen Z's pursuit of instant success and recognition without effort, while Gen X often gauges success by the wealth they've amassed. The sacrifices parents make, often dismissed as mere bedtime tales, are given a fresh perspective in this movie. It beautifully teaches that love and personal experiences are the best lessons, and these lessons need to be imparted consistently over time to truly understand what matters in life. ❤ Everyone should watch this. High recommended. I used up two packs of tissues

It’s nice they add some Teochew dialect words. Which reflects the Thai Chinese community in Thailand, especially in Bangkok. The Cantonese, Hainan, Hakka and Hokkien also contributed to Thailand as well. Pad See Yew, Cha Siu, Roasted Pork (crispy skin pork), Roasted duck, Siu Mai were brought to Thailand by Cantonese. Many big businesses in Thailand were Hainan, Hakka and Teochew.

Just watched it and cried a lot. It’s exactly like my grandmother, who loves my dad and my uncle so much, always looking out for them no matter where they go. My aunts always took care of her but were treated as invisible. Towards the end of her life, when she was living and when she passed away, it was my fifth aunt who took care of everything, without any sign of the sons. It’s exactly like how the family assets are passed on to the sons while the burdens like cancer are passed on to the daughters
