I wish there was at least an honorable mention to Simon Coronel. He fooled them so hard it took them a year to notice they had been fooled, since they wrongly thought his chips were gimmicked

Shin Lim actually fools them 2 more times his 2nd time was before he went on AGT which he won. Then he won the first season of AGT: Champions which was the next season. Then after that in his home during a video with Penn and Teller for Fools Us he fools them again. I really want to see Shin Lim live one day

For the record Penn didn’t get up in “astonishment” for Kostya Kimlat’s first triumphant appearance on their show, he got up angrily because from the GET GO he knew WHAT he was going to do and still didn’t see HOW he did it. He hated him for fooling him so badly and so up close 🤣🤣

For how popular the video became, Shin deserves top spot, but personally I loved Penn and Teller’s reaction to Richard Turner, they got to the stairs, shrugged at each other and walk right back to announce he fooled them without sitting and deliberating 🤣😍

The quick change on stage to the green dress was done with wires if you slow it down you can see both the 1 shes wearing and the 1 on the rack get pulled behind the curtain revealing the same green dress she was already wearing the joys of the Internet and being able to slow the playback right down
