How to Paint: Marble Bases! Super quick and easy basing idea!

I wanted to try something new for an upcoming Kill Team and figured why not try marble bases? These guys took me about an hour with an airbrush, but you could use spray paints or sponges to create it as well. Give it a try, I'd love to see what you guys come up with!

I've seen people use a high gloss varnish at the end to give it a shiny polished look, great guide mate!

Tried this method before, but not sure what's wrong, baby wipes that I used (dried them up first) left some nasty fabric particles on fresh paint.

When taking off the dryer sheet - do you do that immediately after last spray or do you wait until dry? Will it mess up the paint job taking it off too early?

How "reusable" are the wipes? Do you need a fresh one between each colour / base?

What brand wipes did you use for this? Because I have tried 4 or 5 different brands and none of them break apart like these ones do.

Really nice, never thought of masking with a baby wipe. Could be used to make a nice cracked ice effect if you blues rather than greens?

Do you swap to different stencils between each color?
