Finally I found a complete video tutorial on how to make relaxation videos. The funny thing is that I have created a channel about relaxation just by learning from watching existing channels including The Tungsten Room and Soothing Scene without learning the basics first.

I run a separate channel like this and have been grinding on it for a long time, I was doing it the wrong way in the beginning and about 5 months ago I started doing it right, but sadly It feels extremely difficult to break through. I got it monetized in April this year and so far my best months I made about $50 and my best video got 2K views in about a weeks time.
