That's more of a modern Tiradito but far away from a Ceviche... nice try... good balanced of flavours but not a Ceviche or Tigers milk at all.

you finally. Well...I thought you were a perfectionist. That was far from a ceviche, and where was the leche de tigre?
Maybe it's your version of a ceviche but far from a Peruvian style....starting from the cut to the basic ingredients. Just my point of view I guess😊. Nevertheless a nice recipe.
