Terrorism: A Review of the Current Threat Landscape | Keynote 1: Lord Jonathan Evans

In the first lunchtime keynote, Lord Jonathan Evans, former Director General of the British Security Service (MI5), discusses the increasingly blurred lines between law enforcement and counterterrorism. He calls for increased attention and research into countering large-scale harassment and threats towards public/political figures, what he describes as a new form of political violence and detrimental to the democratic process.
