what these people don't understand is that you need to already have admin to do this

Guys this method is working fine. Just look ur user name and type for example in my case the system name is "User" then type
net user User /random
Now go to your password login put this shown password and create new password. Do keep in mind the name has capital letter in front same should be given in command prompt too.
