i would suggest people to buy arc a750 its just wukong, gow ragnarok and star wars games has some performance issue...but it is deffinietly playable its just 5-10 fps behind 3060 nowadays with these 3 games

Im very happy with my A750, it runs flawlessly in games, it's great value for the price.

I have an Intel Arc A580, it's very hit or miss.

Good: price (got it new for 200 EUR, cheaper than similar AMD/Nvidia cards), the games that use DX12 or Vulkan perform well, the driver updates have been consistent and the AV1 video encoder is really good, their XeSS upscaler is also pretty good, when supported by games.
Bad: absolutely needed ReBAR, games that use DX11 or older can have bad performance in general, like Ghost Recon Wildlands or most Unity games (where DX11 is still often the default renderer, and in some games forcing DX12 breaks the graphics), in addition overclocking the card leads to AV1 encoder artifacts, even when the overclock is otherwise stable. Also, the aforementioned XeSS upscaler isn't common at all.

I played a game called Star Trucker, where when the truck headlights are on the GPU ran the game at 5 FPS, whereas either turning them off or forcing the game to launch in DX 12 resulted in more or less smooth 60 FPS. This seems to affect indie games a lot, like Frontiers Reach, Ashes of the Union, Trans-Siberian Railway Simulator and many other niche indie games struggle to run well, albeit most AAA games that don't try to push the graphics super hard are usually fine. The likes of Starfield and Star Citizen would struggle, though, a lot.

Despite all that, regardless of whether we're talking about the A580, A750, A770 or any other of their cards, I'm happy that Intel is another player in the market - more competition is definitely good for consumers on all sides! Here's hoping their next generation GPUs are even better. For their first entry into the dedicated GPU market, the Arc cards were *okay* - with some good and some bad.

the prices are dropping and the performace increasing, I saw a video from another guy with Borderlands 3 in 1440p and the price performance for a 770 was crazy, I am considering getting one as replacement for my current PC or maybe get it for a secondary PC

I believe that by the end of 2025 Intel will have completely fixed the performance of the first generation Intel Arc.

Maybe we will see a great driver with the launch of Intel Battlemage but that will help Alchemist as well.

iam using this card almost 4th month now. only 1 issue have and idle power 38-40w with videoplayback 44w. if this is card idle power usage around 10w vould be amazing.

I’ve had some minor issues with my A770, but not to that point I would change it. It’s more stable than my 1650 Super.

i need the idle power of intel arc to go down as much as possible.

RX 6600 can hit 4W when it is idle. Meanwhile intel arc can be a 4x of that or more.

A750 might be the budget king mid tier GPU right now.
From what I've read it had some serious gains over the last drivers making it very competitive.

Batelmage 570/580 incoming, perhaps another mid tier competitor witch is much needed.

Cant move to Intel Arc because the TDP/power consumption way higher than RX 6600 even for RTX 4060.
