We see a tired Stan Lee being told he has to keep working and go out for yet another speech and photo session...and sadly joke that his handler's "get there money's worth" out of him in this scene from Stan Lee: The Final Chapter.

That’s the director saying “You’re never over” to Stan when he’s clearly exhausted. I don’t know how I can support him and his film when he’s easily just as accountable as the people he’s saying mistreated Stan.

"Never over"

San Lee is completely unamused. Makes himself smirk with his own semi-joke.

"5 pennies"

Absolutely no reaction from Stan Lee whatsoever.

Nothing about Stan Lee and Jon screams friendship. A real friend would've helped him escape not capitalized off of his abuse.

“Pennies like five pennies” - Director talking to Stan like a baby so he doesn’t question about Max’s (grey shirt) profit. Straight up manipulation with voice-tone dang.

Absolutely sad. That’s elder abuse in plain sight. If the film gets made, hopefully it makes less than a “penny”.

Why would anyone support the Kickstarter project when the this video exposes the project founder himself as being one of the exploiters? Like, what?

When Stan turned and looked just tired, it hurt. RIP

Never ever donate to this kickstarter. Point 1. It's goal is to make money off the pain and suffering of Stan Lee. The director himself is seen poking fun at Stan, and standing around on his phone doing nothing to help Stan. Point 2. A documentary does not need $300, 000 to "finish." There are great documentaries done for way way way way way less. Is it going to be filmed on IMAX??? Point 3. Elder Abuse is not a joke. If the director has evidence that Stan was being abused. Deliver the evidence to the police immediately. Not after your kickstarter is funded.

Stan Lee was a national treasure and a REAL hero. Not only did he start the ENTIRE Marvel universe, he was a complete visionary AND a military veteran. God Bless you Stan

Even after his death he’s still being used for more money 😞

At 0:33 seconds, you can see how saddened he is and what prompted him to make the "penny" comment to Max (grey shirt).

You can just see how exhausted, over it, and helpless he feels. The gears in his head turning as he wonders what to do. Rest in Peace Stan, you absolutely deserve it ✨

His "friend" who is releasing the documentary was the one abusing him. He still does, by making money on this documentary. What a scumbag.

When I heard the innocence in Mr. Stan Lee's voice, ,
I got so mad at those 2 idiots. I even shed a couple silent tears.
Maybe, because I see parts of myself in Mr. Stan Lee.
I feel he was alone...

Jon Bolerjack has th emost high-pitched, nasal voice it's beyond grating. It's amazing he talks as much as he does.

If he really cared, he wouldn't hold abuse hostage for profit or gains. You'd simply want to see justice for that person.

Stan lived his entire life to entertain others. The stories he's given us that's fueled our imagination, the sacrifice of giving himself to his fans who just wanted to see or hear their idol talk, and the people around him couldn't even let the last years of his life be quiet and comfortable. I have no faith in this world anymore. It left with Stan Lee. And the only good thing about his death, which is a sad thing to say, is that he finally has the rest he deserved. Rest easy, Stan. 'Nuff said.

For those who got tricked into thinking this documentary was gonna be something honest and genuine without exploitation. You have my sympathy.

But for those who knew beforehand and didn’t think about anything other than the rewards… y’all are part of the fucking problem and why people like this earn more money than you can have in your lifetime.

This Director by the way… he is something even worse though I’ll tell you that much.
