this is insane, since last Thursday, I have been trying to get this effect on some digital paintings I have been working on. I wanted them to look a bit more "painterly" and less smooth if that makes sense, I have spent close to 16 hours over the weekend playing around and got some great results using different brushes and effects, however watching this video makes me wanna cry...lols because this just seems like the straight forward way of doing it.
