New month, new weight. Also, celebrating a milestone! Finally doubled my snatch. Started with 40 kg and 20 months later…

20 months might sound like a long time but not with this sport. The first 5-6 months was pretty much just figuring things out, watching countless snatch videos and then applying it. There’s no one to guide and tell me what I’m doing right and wrong and I rely on my training videos. I enjoy documenting the process and the progress.

I think I’m getting the hang of the extension and how to get under the bar efficiently. That said, there’s always room for improvement.

Next goal: 100 kg
Timeline: 1 to 1.5 years
