"PB I" and "PB II" will illuminate when the drop tanks are empty. Kr will illuminate for the integral wing tanks being empty, then B I is the fuselage main tank. The bottom light is a warning lamp that comes on when you have very little fuel remaining, 500kg from memory. The little knob above the lights should indeed be a dimmer, marked "N/D" for night and day (they start with the same letters in Russian). The press feature for that knob will test the lights all at once.

Hi, these potentiometers ПТП 1 depending on how many Ohms can have a lot of palladium. 0.5-1, 5 g per piece if I remember correctly.

Awesome find! 75 eur is a good price, I got my MiG-29 fuel indicator (ИСТР4-5) for almost double that, and it was in much worse condition (entire back half missing).
the indicator lights at 6:34 are for indicating when each fuel tank is empty, they're usually more reliable than the normal fuel totalizer since it uses separate sensors for it.

ДШ on large motor means "двигатель шаговый" "motor stepper" 0.025 is torque moment in N⋅m. "A" at the end means 27v supply voltage. It's unipolar stepper motor.

It would be a good candidate for a time clock with those scales.
The larger motor looks like it may be a motor probably a drag cup, with built in rotary trasformer, deisgned to be in circuit between 2 syncro's.
